Stock reminder: 1) I do not work for PST. 2) PST's trained staff

That said, here is my take...
Indeed, this is the purpose of Counterbalance in the Order field of
the Selection tab of any List. You might learn a bit more about this
from either the User's Guide or the Reference Guide that came with
E-Prime, or my own short write ups found at
