Hmm, I am not even logged in and I see the thread just fine at
http://pstnet.com/forum/Topic2399-5-1.aspx . If you are having
trouble with the PST Forum then you should contact PST.
As Ben says, try GetUserBreakState. The thread linked above covers a
more peculiar situation, and Brandon offers a very clever solution
(and even though I contributed to that thread, I do not care to
reproduce it here).
