Collecting handwritten responses using tablet device

Has anyone successfully used E-Prime with a tablet device to collect
handwritten responses? I am interested in collecting reaction times to
begin writing as well as displaying and saving written responses. Any
recommendations for a tablet device and stylus that would work well
for this purpose?
