Ability to change background color startup info screen?

The feature list <http://www.pstnet.com/eprimecompare.cfm> says that 
E-Prime now supports:
"Ability to change background color/customize startup info screen"

I need to change the background color to black (instead of white). How do I 
do this? Can you please point to the documentation for this feature?

(I tried posting this on PST's forums, but no one would respond. Maybe 
better luck on here?)
