notify Pinnacle 700 USB of the exact time an event occurs in E-Prime?

Has anyone used Pinnacle 700 USB (aka Pinnacle Studio USB-700) to capture 
video during an experiment? If so, do you know if this device can receive 
an event signal from E-Prime 2?

Someone on site already has the Pinnacle 700 USB from another experiment 
(years ago, not using EP). We are trying to video tape eye movement after 
the presentation of a stimulus by EP and determine the direction and 
latency of eye movements from fixation to the stimulus (or a distractor). 
Unfortunately, Pinnacle Studio User's manual and support website are very 
weak. It does appear that Pinnacle has a type A/ type B USB cable that 
connects to the computer as well as general purpose video cables.
