Feedback Display for 1 Level of a List

To my fellow e-primers,

I am trying to make a feedback display that occurs following a specific 
level in a list. 

For example, participants are repeatedly shown a number on the screen. The 
numbers range from 0 through 9, and each number is a different level on the 
list. If the number is between 0 through 2 or 4 through 9 I do not want a 
feedback display to occur, however if the number is a 3, I do want a 
feedback display to occur.

Does anyone have any insight for how I might be able to do this?
