Control Alt Shift

Is anyone else having trouble with Control Alt Shift in E-Prime 2.0.10.x ?  
I find that it often does not work at all, so I use control escape, and 
eventually I have to use Control Alt Delete and quit E-Prime entirely from 
the Task Manager because it is unresponsive.
