Object Buffer Time, can you record audio files longer than 1 Min.?

I'm attempting to record audio for a trial that lasts 8 Minuets.  The limit 
to audio recording time, due to the buffer, is 1 Min (60000 ms).  Is there 
a way to extend this past 1 min?
