Hi Tabitha,
Here is one that is getting a bit dated, given the tech changes. You might
want to find someone with AERA membership to search their recent conference
repository. There have been several related papers there in the last few
years:
Browne, E. (2003). Conversations in Cyberspace: a study of online learning.
*Open Learning*, *18*(3), 245-259.
I would be interested in seeing the results of your lit search as well.
