Department of English at *Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore* will
host the *1st
International Conference of the Linguistic Association of Pakistan* (ICLAP
2015) on October 7--9, 2015. The central theme of the conference is *Language
Understanding and Developments in the Modern Era*. The conference aims to
bring researchers and practitioners from across the globe, working on any
aspect of language to exchange their research work and developments in the
field. The program of the conference will consist of invited talks,
