Hi All,
Elja Roy and I are writing about field experiments in which we explored
media production via participant observation. We took up specialized roles
in community co-productions--director, producer, editor, videographer--in
order to study media producers and media production from an ethnographic
vantage point. However, we are broadly interested in any work that involves
ethnographers getting directly involved in media production. We want to
make sure that we are appropriately crediting and covering colleagues who
are doing related work in the discipline. Please let me know if you have
any references on the topic to share.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Mark
