Hi Ethnocommers,

Thanks to everyone who responded to our call for papers<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mdOlfVv7bVGaoEGnRZXtpe5MrUSIZJqjomcUTv8SgSA/edit?usp=sharing> for our summer conference in Boulder, Colorado! Decision emails have gone out to everyone, and it looks like we will have a small but intellectually diverse and stimulating event where we will be exploring not only the latest research in EC but also connections to neighboring areas of communication inquiry.

If you haven't submitted your work but are planning to attend we would appreciate if you could let me and/or my co-organizers (Natasha Shrikant & Leah Sprain) know as a courtesy that you are coming. We have been receiving questions about whether we were planning another event when ICA comes to Denver in 2025 - our (tentative) answer is yes. In case folks are wondering whether participation via Zoom were an option at this summer's conference I'm afraid we are not planning to offer online participation in every event. (We anticipate that internet access at a historic location like the Boulder Chautauqua will not be stable enough for Zoom.)

Take care, and have a great summer!

David
