Obras sobre Kamsá: Aparecieron?

Caros Colegas,
He visto referencias a trabajos sobre Kamsá que no creo que hayan
aparecido. Sabe alguien mas de estos. Si van a ser publicados o donde
se puede tener aceso a los manuscritos?

L Howard 1973 Grammar analysis of the Camsa Language, SIL, U Oklahoma, 
Editorial Norman, 1973 (en prensa) Cited in LIC p. 137 by Mel'endez Lozano 
but I can't find it anywhere else (like in SIL bibliography).

JR Mongu'i S'anchez 1983 La lengua kamen.tz'a: morfosintaxis, Inst Caro 
Curvo, Bogot'a (in'edito??)
