Acredito que seja em quechua, mas parece faltar o verbo:

por exemplo:
riku-sunki-man
ver-3A.2O-HIP
"ele te veria" ou "para que ele te veja"
 
A - argumento agente
O - argumento objeto
2 - segunda pessoa
3 - terceira pessoa
HIP - hipotético

So, in order for us to be able to help you, a little more detail would be necessary: Where have you seen/heard this word? In which context?
