Call for essays: Teaching Harry Potter @ College/University level,
Collection of Essays
Deadline for completed work: 1/05/2004
Looking for essays on teaching the Harry Potter books at the
college/university level to complete a Collection of Critical and
Pedagogical essays. Publisher is waiting for the completed collection.
Immediately, I need minimally an abstract. Preferably, I would like
either an essay-in-progres or certainly a completed essay.
Essays must not have been published previously, either electronically or
in hard copy.
If you have a critical essay on HP and are interested in your work being
included, please forward it, for if we do not have enough pedagogical
essays to complete the collection, we will need additional
analytical/critical works.
Deadline for completed essays, January 5, 2004
However, sooner is best when possible.
Individual essays should be 20-30 pages (double-spaced, 1" margins,
Times New Roman 12 pt., endnotes, and Works Cited -- use MLA
parenthetical in-text citations).
Electronic submissions in Microsoft Word preferred.
Thank you.
