Information about fonts

Dear friends,
I am looking for a font for the Mac that would include (in one character
set)  characters for
glottalized b and d, velar and palatal nasal, and would allow to put
accent markers over any character.  The font must Times
based.  I have heard about a font called AfroRoman from an outlet in
Washington, but I cannot trace it.
I will be most grateful for any information,
