governing structure discussion

I support Sara's proposal that the governing body be designed according to
categories of INTERESTS rather than categories of bodies!  This solves a
number of problems, not the least of which is the oft-mentioned dilemma
facing those who personally fall into more than one category.  This allows
individuals not to feel forced to choose "one and only one" category with IS
them in some sense.  Further, it well-blurs the lines between what category
one is assgined to and which categories one works with; I think this is a
very good thing!
