Well, I assume that this will become clear as we discuss each issue.
After all, it seems unlikely that every agenda item will be resolved in
the same way and that every resolution will be implemented in the same
way.  Presumably, any real resolution will include a plan for
implementation which is specific to the particular issue.

At the end of the six months, my personal assumption, based on what was
said during the preliminary discussion of agenda items, was that we would
have resolved most of the issues on the agenda (including specifying
implementations) and that we proceed to the implementation phase (for
those decisions which had not been implemented immediately).

Is this hopelessly optimistic and simplistic of me? =)
