I agree with what several people have said:  it is difficult to know
*exactly* what we will do in terms of practical organization without knowing
the philosophy, nature, focus etc.  And we haven't (officially) talked about
any of these yet.  However,  I think that by discussing briefly and
generally what we might do when we get to the end of the agenda will help to
keep goals in mind as we discuss these other issues.
