(out of a list membership of 188--this is 13.29% of the membership).

Here's how you voted:

1.  We will keep the email list operative after the six months of
discussion have ended.

2.  We will disseminate information through mail in a newsletter.

#2 is defeated; many 'noes' commented on funding problems.  Perhaps the
newsletter issue can be reevaluated when the organization has a more
stable funding base.
