Hellinger, Marlis, and Bussmann, Hadumod (ed), 2001&2002. "Gender Across

There are a couple studies in these volumes that deal somewhat with
those issues, a few quantitatively: Friederike Braun on Turkish for
example.

I'm interested in the topic you mentioned, as well, and would love to
get a hold of some of those references you mentioned (the ones dating to
the 1970s) as well as anything else you come up with.
