not another article on 'gender'

Dear Oana,

i did a study on the shift of the term "gender" from english into
french (since the 1960's) in relation with the academic evolution of
women / gender / queer studies... but it's in French. It also deals
with the french term "genre" (problems with translation & direct
borrowing, other grammatical constraints in french, etc...)
part of it was published in 2002
let me know if you can read French and / or are interested (anyway?)
