Can I please reinforce Mary Bucholtz's request, i.e. that if you wish to
respond to somewho who posted a message on this List, please do so just
to that person, and not to the whole List. Their e-mail address is
usually identifiable. Otherwise this valuable resource functions to clog
people's mailboxes up.

Use this List address only for messages that (potentially) concern
everyone on the List (i.e. Janet's message below is fine).

I'm just wondering if a decision was made about the timing of IGALA 5 in
2008? I know there was some talk of moving it from this year's November
date.

Any info would be gratefully received - I'm putting in a grant proposal
and would need to know the date to cost in some expenses.
