PhD scholarships available at the University of Hull

The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Hull have thirteen full-time UK/EU PhD Scholarship or International Fee Bursaries available. The School of Languages, Linguistics and Cultures are welcoming applications from suitably-qualified candidates (expected to have a 1st, 2(i) or equivalent and be studying for/have a Masters).

The School's research clusters include:

Visual Cultures
Popular Cultures
Gender, Sexuality and Representation
Linguistics and Translation Studies
Culture, History and Politics

As well as linguistics, the School has expertise in the following subjects and languages:

American Studies, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Latin American Studies
