Subject: More Job Opportunities for Anthropologists at the University of Virginia

In addition to the medical anthropology position that I posted to the list yesterday, the University of Virginia this year has three other jobs that are open to anthropologists, including ABDs.

We would be grateful if you would forward this notice to graduate students and scholars who might be interested in any of them:

2. Three-year Lecturer position in LGBTQ studies (especially health) in the Program in Women, Gender, and Sexuality

3. Assistant Professor position in ethnography of ethnic communities in the American Studies Program

The full postings appear below.

I'll also include again the posting for our Assistant Professor position in medical anthropology in the Department of Anthropology.

Many thanks!
