[Gala-l] IGALA 2018 Election: voting now open for Executive Board posts

Dear IGALA members.
We are currently electing several positions on the IGALA Executive Board, and voting is now open<http://igalaweb.wixsite.com/igala/elections-2018> until Friday, 30 November 2018.

  *   For the position of Vice-President/President elect, ONE candidate has been nominated: Claire Maree
  *   For the position of Secretary, ONE candidate has been nominated: Kristine Köhler Mortensen
  *   For the position of Social Media/Communications Officer, ONE candidate has been nominated: Lucy Jones
  *   For the position of Ordinary Member (THREE positions), FOUR candidates have been nominated: Dietha Koster, Linda McLoughlin, Ben Rowlett, Denise Troutman
  *   For the position of Graduate Student Representative, ONE candidate has been nominated:  Ariana Steele

Voting procedure:

  1.  To cast your votes, please use the following link to review the candidates' bios and complete the online form: http://igalaweb.wixsite.com/igala/elections-2018

For the position of Ordinary Member, you will be asked to tick UP TO THREE boxes. For the remaining positions, you will be asked to check against each candidate's name, if you agree they are suitable for the relevant positions. Please do not reply to this message. If you have any queries, please contact me directly at k.power at business.uq.edu.au<mailto:k.power at business.uq.edu.au> and ensure that your email has the subject header "IGALA Election."

  1.  You MUST be a current IGALA member in order to vote. The fastest way to check on membership is to log in to your account on the Equinox Gender and Language website: http://www.equinoxpub.com/GL. When you log in, on the right side, there is information about your subscription and an expiration date for the membership. It should read: "Expires: 31-Dec-2018."
