A message from IGALA president-elect Denise Troutman
Dear IGALA members:
Please consider nominating colleagues for the upcoming election of IGALA Officers. The following positions are open:
· Vice President/President-Elect
· Secretary
· Communications Officer

Self-nominations are welcomed.
Voting will take place from 26 June to 5 July 2023. Candidates will be asked to write a statement, which will be posted on the IGALA website during the voting period. The new serving period will begin at the conclusion of the IGALA meeting on 6 July 2023.
Please consider taking the time to nominate yourself or someone you know. Candidates must be current IGALA members in good standing. To check on your own membership status, please check the ‘Subscriptions’ page on the Equinox website: https://journal.equinoxpub.com/GL/about/subscriptions

The Pennsylvania State University campuses are located on the original homelands of the Erie, Haudenosaunee (Seneca, Cayuga, Onondaga, Oneida, Mohawk, and Tuscarora), Lenape (Delaware Nation, Delaware Tribe, Stockbridge-Munsee), Shawnee (Absentee, Eastern, and Oklahoma), Susquehannock, and Wahzhazhe (Osage) Nations. Penn State’s ‘land grant’ was funded by the sale of land taken from 112 tribal nations in 50 land cessions across 16 states.
