[IGALA] CfP Conference on New Frontiers in Linguistics, Translation, and Interpreting (12-13 May)

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee, I am pleased to announce the doctoral conference What’s research got to do with it? Ultime frontiere della ricerca linguistica, inclusione e impatto sociale, which will take place next spring at the University of Bologna in Forlì, Italy.

The conference will deal with topics such as:

  *
Language policies and practices sensitive to diversity: comprehensibility, accessibility, transfeminist approaches to linguistics, interpreting, and translation studies;
  *
Transcultural communication: plurilingualism, intercomprehension, innovative pedagogical practices in linguistics, interpreting, and translation studies;
  *
Technologies applied to linguistic studies, interpreting, and translation studies;
  *
Open science and transdisciplinarity.

We invite abstract proposals for paper and poster presentations, which can be submitted until January 31, 2025.
