[IGALA] Approved Amendments to IGALA Bylaws

Dear members of IGALA

We are pleased to announce that the proposed amendments to the IGALA bylaws have passed by members:

1. Amendments to Articles VI and XIII clarifying responsibility for calling, running, and announcing results of elections - 97% YES
2. Amendment to Article XII clarifying that current members may run for election again to the same role - 97% YES
3. Amendment to Article XV to replace Equinox with University of Toronto Press - UNANIMOUS
4. Amendment to Article VII to clarify responsibility for the Conference Handbook - UNANMOUS
