Ancient Gotlandic (was RE: [gothic-l] Three Gothic Migrations from south Scandinavia?)

Hello, Bertil:

Where might I be able to get some material on "Ancient Gotlandic" outside of
a university?  I am not an academic and don't have access to any university
libraries.  My preference would be for the presentation to be in English,
but I can handle German fairly well, and Dutch to a lesser extent.  I don't
know any of the Scandinavian languages.

We have no argument that Ancient Gotlandic
(forngutniska) is the language that is closest
to the Wulfila bible Gothic. What remains and is
important is to have a preliminary translation
of some chapters in Wulfila from Swedish to
Gotlandic. Ideal would be a translation into
Ancient Gotlandic, but that would of course
put quite a demand on on the translator. Then
the Wulfila chapters could be compared to the
same chapters in Gotlandic.

The Goths migrated when proto-Scandinavian
or proto-Nordic was still spoken or maybe
Gothonordic as a transitional language.
