Hi,
No, Alareiks would be correct.  There is no combination 'kh' in
Gothic, unless you mean to indicate the velar fricative [x], which is
written in Gothic simply as 'h'.  But no, the Gothic word for prince
or ruler is 'reiks' not 'reihs'.
