Here is the link to a University of Kiel web-site that lists Runic
inscriptions that can be with some certainty attributed to the Goths,
including the spearheads from Brandenburg/Germany and Kovel/Ukraine
as well as the neckring from Pietroassa. The site also lists a lot of
literature relating to the objects:
