I do not intend to use personal names as pointers, but as you say
this "Hari" was often used. Have you ever considered the consequenses
if this widespread "component" is the real origin behind some of the
words until now suspected to derive from the magical word HarjaR?

You can not use the fact that a former claim was rejected because of
lacking evidence as an argument against new evidence.

However I do not suspect the Eastern Heruls to be the inventors of
the Runes as there are no runes in the Danube-region, where we know
the Heruls lived.

Were your comments based on the information we all got from Georges
or did you read Mahomedov's book?
