Very interesting, this certainly supports the dating of the Sparloesa
stone and the depicted ship to the 9th century.

Side note:
Really interesting are the coins/amulets nos. 6 and 6a. The depiction
is copied from small Anglo-Saxon silver coins called sceatta (Series
X, Woden/monster-type. These coins were made between 720-750AD, and
large quantities of this particular type have been found at Ribe in
Denmark (where they may actually have been minted), which explains
the popularity of the picture at Hedeby in the 9th century.
