  Perhaps the person meant Battle Standards. The Saxons were said to have
used one,  a Black flag with a white dragon on it. I wonder if that symbol
was representative of their War God. Perhaps they  had a Raven Standard as
well.

I never heard of flags in connection with the Goths. Regnum Tolosanum
must as far as I understand be able to translate with the Toulose
realm or the Toulose kingdom.Regnum is closest to realm I think. So I
did mention it in my book. I do not think there is an official name -
in any case I never heard of it unless we don't use the Visigothic
kingdom but this  applies also to the Toledo realm.
