I've been thinking of making a text version of Streitberg's Elementarbuch
for quite some time (encoded using XML, following the guidelines of the Text
Encoding Initiative [http://www.tei-c.org]) . I'm actually working on a
complete TEI edition of his dictionary (Gotisch-griechisch-deutsches
Wörterbuch, 1910), and since the entries in the dictionary contain a lot of
references to paragraphs in the Elementarbuch, it seemed logical to link
them together.

It would be a good idea to start with the section on syntax, given the
relatively small size (86 pages) and the fact that it is the only extensive
overview (phonology and morphology can better be studied from
Braune/Ebbinghaus 1981 or the latest edition, Braune/Heidermanns 2004 [both
Niemeyer, Tübingen]). I'll think about it and try to encode a few sample
pages. But I really want to finish the missing pages on the website first
(most importantly the dictionary, combined with further disambiguation of
the automatically generated PoS-tags). That could take some time, since I
haven't much spare time left right now. Thanks for offering help with typing
or proofreading: any help would of course be welcome! It would be nice to go
back to the origins of www.wulfila.be, which started as a volunteer effort
by different persons.
