That's right, there is no Gothic equivalent of Thor recorded.  But if 
you wanted to reconstruct the name in Gothic, it would be *ÞUNRS = OE 
Þunor, ON Þórr < Gmc. *Þunraz.

As far as I know there's no evidence for such a name in Gothic.  The 
word for thunder in the Bible is Þeihwo (feminine).
