Opait 'Local and Imported Ceramics in the Roman Province of Scythia'

I'm looking into Scythia Minor and Moesia Secunda in the 4th Century;  
Opait's book seems relevant, but I couldn't find any reviews, and I  
would like to know if any of you can say whether it's worth getting.
