Tribes in Ostrogothia: a re-run

It helps, thanks! :)
So, in Theodoric's realm we have the following peoples maintaining
their own identities for a longer period of time:
- Goths
- Romans
- Rugians: joined Theodoric after the defeat of their kingdom in
Niederösterreich 487, settled in Venetia, not intermarrying outside
their tribe, and still distinguished as a separate people in 541
when their chieftain Eraric was made King of the Ostrogoths.
- Bittuguric Huns: joined Theodoric before the trek to Italy, and in
553 the leader of the Ostrogothic resistors of Campsa was
distinguished as a Bittuguric Hun (despite his germanic name
Ragnaris)
- Alamanni: refugees from the Franks, settled by Theodoric among
else in the Alps, where they evolved into the Schwyzerdütsch.
- Gepids: prisoners of war in Sirmium 508 and settled among else in
Provence, supposedly supporting the Rugians in making Eraric king
541 (Wolfram).
- Suevi: the "antiqui barbari" (old barbarians) of Savia/Pannonia,
who were not found outside their region until Vitigis called them to
war against the Byzantines. After that they became Lombardic.
Here are some people whose ethnic survival in the Ostrogothic
Kingdom is still unattested as far as I know:
- Heruls: joined the Goths as two different groups, the Heruls of
Odoacer's army and the Herulic refugees from the defeat by the
Lombards.
- Sciri: part of Odoacer's army. Does anyone know any example of a
person distinguished as a Sciri in the 6th century?
