Wouldn't the Latin diminutive of Tôlêtum be "Tôlêtulum"? The suffix -
"ila"-/-"ula" is Gothic (cf. "magula" 'little boy'). Unless you change
the gender of Latin Tôlêtum into "Tôlêta" (> dim.: Tôlêtula).
