I forgot to comment on the convent in Arminium in 359. Yes, he could well have reacted on that decision and started writing as a counteract. This however does not stop him from do the work in Moesia. Her hafd enough kontacts to get hold of all nessecary documents and verbal information. He had no need to stay in Arminium. That a later copy is found in Italy is quite normal since it constituted the religious, and as well the secular, foundation for the kingdom of Teoderik the great!
