Like its a base that is Germanic but with various additions/borrowings and like. From Hebrew, Latin, Greek and North African and others where ever the trade network took them. 

How many ended up in Bavaria and why the prince there was wanting to accept refugees from Spain c.1500?

No obvious Ladino influence?

Ladino-language based on Latin/Spanish, origin Spainish/Iberian pennisula Jews.
