Type Gothic with a Gothic keyboard in Linux (type directly, no websites needed)

This is for Linux, not for Windows or Mac. When you do all this, you can
simply always type in Gothic, you don't need extra tools like a website.

It's just like typing in English or Russian with a different optionable
keyboard.
