Looks like 'Egypt' is not in the corpus. 'Pharao', exist in the Bologna Fragment - Farao.
In Greek, Egypt is spelled αιγυπτος and Wright says: "Greek αι, which was a long and open e-sound like ǣ in OE. slǣpan, is regularly represented by ai ...". And, "Most consistency prevails in nouns ending in the nom. in -us, Greek -ος; these usually follow the u-declension in the sing., but the i-declension in the plural."
That would give (with the standard y-is-y-only-in-loanwords-transcription):SingularN: *AigyptusG: *AigyptausD: *AigyptauA: *Aigyptu
I downloaded the corpus from the Wulfila Project as a text-file. That way, I can search for words and parts of words with the search function of my text-editor. *recommends*
