Dear Albareiks,

 1) 'Weihan' is a class III weak verb meaning 'to hallow, sanctify'; the 3p. sg. pret. is 'weihaida'.
'weihnan' is a class IV weak verb meaning 'to become hallowed, be sanctified'; the 3p. sg. pret. is 'weihnoda'. Thus, the first line below show have 'weihaida' rather than *'weihnaida.'

 2) 'Uns' is correct here, but 'unsis' is also a possibility, although the latter is far less common in the accusative than in the dative -- according to Braune /Heidermanns (2004, section150, no. 3), 'uns' is five times more common in the accusative than 'unsis' -- while in the dative the two forms are roughly equal.

 3) As far as I call see, your use of 'tandjan' is correct, cf.

anabaud ahimin thamma unhrainjin usgaggan af thamma mann (L8,29) 'he ordered the unclean spirit to leave the man.'

 4) The underlying form of 'liuhath' is /liuhad-/, and so whenever a vocalic ending is added, the 'd' appears, thus, 'liuhadis, liuhada, liuhade, liuhadam.' So your second line should have 'liuhada' and not *'liuhatha.'

 5) 'Sabbato' is a very irregular noun. Its "paradigm" is as follows:

 SINGULAR
 Nom.: sabbato
 Acc.: sabbate
Dat.: sabbato daga / sabbate daga / daga sabbato
Gen.: sabbato / sabbate dagis / sabbato dagis

 PLURAL
 Nom.: --
 Acc.: --
Dat.: sabbatim / sabbato dagam / sabbatum
 Gen.: --

As you can see, some forms are not attested, and in other cases more than one possibility exists. For your second line, *'sabbatis' should be replaced with either 'sabbate dagis' or 'sabbato dagis'.

So the rest of the lines (not including the beginning line that has already been critiqued, and which repeats throughout) are:

...saei weihnaida uns anabusnim seinaim jah anabiudith uns
...who sanctifies us with his commandments and commands us

 tandjan liuhatha Sabbatis.
to light the lights of Sabbath.

 ...saei skapjith liuhath funins.
...who creates the light of fire.

I am not sure if the infinitive "tandjan" is used correctly here.
