Dear Basti,
Braune / Heidermanns' >Gotische Grammatik< is indeed in German.
For the pronunciation of Ancient Greek, a standard work is Sidney Allen's >Vox Graeca, The Pronunciation of Classical Greek< (third ed. 1987).

Thanks Edmund
I have been wondering how they determined the pronunciation of 'ei', both in Gothic and in Koine Greek.
Braune/Heidermanns seems to be a useful grammar. It is usually listed as "English" in the bookstores but every word on the cover is in German. Which language is it written in really?
