Date change: Second National Conference on HLs in America

Due to scheduling complications, the Second National Conference on Heritage
Languages in America, originally scheduled for spring, 2002, has been
rescheduled for October, 2002 -- either October 10-12 or October 17-19 -- in
the greater Washington, DC area. The exact dates, and call for presentation
proposals, will be announced as soon as the conference venue site has been
determined. Please mark these dates.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this date change may have caused. We
hope you will be able to join us in October, 2002.
