I'm attaching the session proposal form for ACTFL 2003 which will be
held in
Philadelphia from November 21-23, 2003.  The conference theme is
Building
Our Strength Through Languages: A National Priority and we are seeking
session proposals on heritage languages.  The deadline for receipt of
proposals is December 16, 2002.  Proposals may be submitted online at
