The National Association for Asian and Pacific American Education
(NAAPAE) and the Pacific Asian American Caucus of the California
Teachers Association will hold a joint annual conference aboard the
Queen Mary in Long Beach, California, on April 3-5, 2003.  The deadline
for paper, panel and workshop proposals is January 15, 2003.   For
