There are several position papers on English Plus. La Raza in
Washington DC keeps a log of what has been written and whom has written
regarding this issue. In addition, they keep up with things like the
case alluded to and how it was resolved or is being resolved.

I would like to know if anyone on the list knows a good source of info
regarding workplace discrimination against those who use Spanish;\
I have encountered one instance of paranoid bosses telling the staff
not
to
use Spanish.
Are there other cases (current)> Case law? Civil rights violations?
